Building a Culture of Giving Back: Corporate Volunteering with IGF-India

  1. What motivated you to partner with IGF-India for corporate volunteering activities, and how do you see this collaboration benefiting your organization?

We partnered with IGF-India the activities are meaningful and very well organized. Our employees don’t just show up, they genuinely feel connected. It’s helping us build a culture of giving back while also keeping our CSR goals alive.

  1. How do you envision your employees contributing to IGF-India’s initiatives, and what skills or expertise do you think they can bring to the table?

Our people bring a lot of energy and creativity to these activities. Whether it’s planting trees, teaching kids, or making something useful for the community, they’re always ready to jump in and contribute their ideas and skills.

  1. Can you share any previous experiences or successes with corporate volunteering programs? How do you plan to measure the impact of this collaboration with Impact Guru?

Yes, we’ve had some really good experiences! Activities like plantation, seed ball making, educational art for kids, and bird nest making were a big hit. Employees often tell us they had fun, felt joyful, and left motivated to do more. For us, the impact is not just in numbers, but also in how engaged and happy our people feel after these events.

  1. How do you think this volunteering activity will benefit your employees in terms of personal growth, team building, and community engagement?

These sessions give employees a break from the usual routine and help them connect on a personal level. They come back feeling refreshed, more empathetic, and closer as a team. And of course, there’s a lot of pride in knowing they made a difference in the community.

  1. What are your expectations from IGF-India in terms of volunteer management, coordination, and impact reporting, and how can we ensure a successful partnership?

Honestly, we really value how smoothly you host and manage the activities. Our employees always mention how warm and engaging the sessions feel. As long as the good coordination and clear communication continue, we’re confident this partnership will keep growing stronger.
