IndoStar announces the appointment of R Narayanan as Chairman

IndoStar Home Finance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Indostar Capital Finance, announces the appointment of Ravi Narayanan as Non-Executive Independent Chairman.

IndoStar Housing Finance Pvt Ltd (IHFPL) started its journey in affordable housing finance in September 2017. Over the last four years, the company has established its presence in all the major states across India, through its branches and a strong distribution network.

Narayanan superannuated from ICICI Bank and at that time was leading the Retail Secured Assets Business for the bank. He has over 35 years of expertise across various functions of Retail Banking and Auto Finance, with extensive experience in Housing Finance. As the Non-Executive Chairman, he will be responsible for mentoring and guiding IndoStar Home Finance in creating value for all stakeholders
