The Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has officially started the VITEEE 2025 slot booking process from April 10, 2025. All registered candidates can now log in to the official website — viteee.vit.ac.in — to book their preferred exam date, time slot, and test center.

VITEEE (VIT Engineering Entrance Examination) is a national-level entrance exam held annually for admission into BTech programmes at VIT campuses in Vellore, Chennai, Andhra Pradesh, and Bhopal. Appearing for VITEEE 2025 is mandatory for Indian nationals seeking admission to undergraduate engineering courses at VIT.

Steps to Book Your VITEEE 2025 Slot:

1. Visit the official website: viteee.vit.ac.in
2. Log in using your application number and password
3. Click on the “VITEEE 2025 Slot Booking” link
4. Choose your preferred date, time, and test center from the available options
5. Verify the details and click “Submit” to confirm your slot

VITEEE 2025 Exam Pattern:

• Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
• Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes
• Total Questions: 125 MCQs
• Marking Scheme: 1 mark for each correct answer, no negative marking
• Medium: English

Section-wise Distribution:

• Mathematics/Biology – 40 questions
• Physics – 35 questions
• Chemistry – 35 questions
• Aptitude – 10 questions
• English – 5 questions

Candidates scoring zero marks will be considered Not Qualified and will not be eligible for the counselling process.

Once the results are announced, VIT will publish counselling dates. Qualified candidates can participate in online counselling based on their ranks. They will have the option to choose their preferred:
