1 tsp premium matcha powder
2 tsp hot water
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based, like almond or oat milk)
1-2 tsp honey or simple syrup (adjust sweetness to your preference)

Prepare the Matcha:
In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder and hot water (not boiling, about 80°C/176°F) until the powder is fully dissolved and slightly frothy. Use a bamboo whisk for best results or a small regular whisk.
