Inbrew Beverages: Established over 50 years ago, Inbrew Beverages has been a pioneer in the Indian market. Notably, it introduced Thunderbolt, the first strong beer in India. The company also manages the Indian operations of renowned international brands such as Miller, Blue Moon, and the UK’s leading lager, Carling. With a presence across 20+ states, Inbrew’s portfolio encompasses a wide range of alcoholic beverages, including beer, whisky, rum, brandy, vodka, and gin.
Green Label Barrel Special Whisky: In August 2024, Inbrew Beverages launched the Green Label Barrel Special Whisky, as an ode to the original introduced in 1994 and fondly remembered for its ‘diamond cut wali bottle’. This refined version blends tradition with modernity, appealing to both nostalgic consumers and new whisky enthusiasts.
Packaging: The whisky boasts the iconic ‘diamond cut’ design with golden accents and green hues, symbolizing elegance, rarity, and purity. It’s available in 180ml, 375ml, and 750ml bottles, with the 750ml variant presented in a luxurious mono carton. As an industry-first, it also launched a pocket-sized 180ml and 90ml hipster version.
Composition: Crafted from 100% grain spirits, the whisky undergoes a meticulous blending process. A highlight is its seamless blend with imported scotch, with spirits aged patiently in oak barrels, imparting a distinctive character.
