Mango mania meets a milestone: Aamlicious Festival returns to Khandani Rajdhani

As summer turns up the heat, Khandani Rajdhani turns up the flavour – dishing out mango magic with the return of its iconic Aamlicious Festival 2025! Running from April through May and June, this annual celebration transforms the nation’s favourite fruit into a joyful, unforgettable feast. This year, the brand completes 40 years of serving its customers—a legacy rooted in culinary brilliance, tradition, and unmatched hospitality. And what better way to celebrate than with the King of Fruits!

Now in its glorious 40th year, Khandani Rajdhani, the royal guardian of India’s thali tradition, is pulling out all the stops to honour the King of Fruits in the grandest way possible. The Aamlicious Festival is not just a seasonal menu, it’s a mango-powered culinary journey that promises nostalgia, delight, and mouthwatering memories.

“For us, the mango isn’t just a fruit, it’s an emotion that brings families together,” says Aji Nair, CEO of Mirah Hospitality and Gourmet Solutions Pvt Ltd. “With the Aamlicious Festival, we pay homage to this golden delight in true Rajdhani style, authentic, festive, and full of heart.”

The specially curated menu features an ever-changing lineup of mango-based delicacies served alongside Rajdhani’s legendary thali. Guests can look forward to highlights such as Aamras, tangy Kachi Kairi preparations, Mango Dal, Mango Pulao, and a variety of signature mango desserts that round off the meal on a sweet, celebratory note. To keep the experience fresh and exciting, mango dishes will be served on a rotational basis, ensuring that each visit offers something new to discover. Every bite reflects the brand’s “365 Days, 365 Menus” philosophy, which has made dining at Rajdhani a unique and evolving journey since 1985.

Beyond the food, the Aamlicious Festival is about creating moments. It brings together families, friends, and food lovers to celebrate the season’s bounty in a setting that feels both timeless and festive. With every plate, the Aamlicious Festival pays tribute not only to India’s most cherished fruit but also to the enduring legacy of a brand that has made thali dining a cherished tradition.
