PizzaExpress, the UK’s No. 1 pizzeria and café, has launched a Naples-style pizza base, bringing the authentic flavors of Italy to India. Known for its soft, airy texture and perfectly charred edges, this new crust is crafted using slow-fermented dough and baked at high temperatures to deliver an indulgent pizza experience.
As part of this launch, PizzaExpress has introduced six new pizzas featuring the Naples Crust. The vegetarian selection includes the Burrata Pizza, a rich combination of fresh mozzarella, burrata cheese, and pesto; the Funghi Pizza, made with a savoury mushroom sauce, button mushrooms, and truffle oil; and the Classic Veg Pizza, a vibrant medley of passata, roasted tomatoes, black olives, capers, rocket leaves, and Emilgrana cheese.
For non-vegetarian pizza lovers, the Classic Chicken Tikka Pizza blends tandoori chicken with pomodoro sauce, red onions, green chilies, and fresh mozzarella for a flavourful twist. The Etna Pizza is a spicy delight with ‘Nduja sausage, prosciutto ham, mozzarella, and jalapeños, while the Pesto Chicken Pizza features basil pesto, roasted vegetables, fresh mozzarella, and malai chicken.
Available across 31 PizzaExpress locations in India, this launch marks another step in the brand’s commitment to bringing globally loved flavors to the Indian market.
