A notable feat – no iron or steel was used in the temple’s construction. The foundation, crafted from roller-compacted concrete (RCC) with a 14-meter thickness, mimicsALSO the appearance of natural rock. Granite forms a protective 21-foot high platform against ground moisture.
Enriching the temple complex, four additional shrines pay homage to Surya Devta, Devi Bhagwati, Lord Ganesha, and Lord Shiva. The construction embraces indigenous technology, emphasizing environmental conservation.
Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra anticipates a grand expenditure of ₹1,800 crores for the construction of the magnificent Ram Temple by 2022.
In essence, the Ram Temple in Ayodhya not only marks a profound religious event but also stands as a testament to the harmonious integration of tradition and modern construction techniques.
