Teddy Day 2024: With Valentine’s Week starting from February 7th, true love is indeed in the air. This is the season of love, and we can’t help but feel the romance. Valentine’s Day is celebrated on February 14th. The week before is celebrated as Valentine’s Week, starting with Rose Day on February 7th and ending with Kiss Day on February 13th. The entire week includes Rose Day (February 7th), Propose Day (February 8th), Chocolate Day (February 9th), Teddy Day (February 10th), Promise Day (February 11th), Hug Day (February 12th), and Kiss Day (February 13th). February 10th, the fourth day of the week, is celebrated as Teddy Day.

Date: Every year, Teddy Day is celebrated on February 10th – the fourth day of the week of love.
History: Teddy bears are soft, cuddly toys and are ideal gifts for romantic dates. Loved by both children and adults, teddies are adored by everyone for all the right reasons. However, the name ‘Teddy’ is derived from the 26th President of the United States, Theodore Roosevelt. On this day, people gift these soft toys to their loved ones as a gesture of making their day better and letting them know that having these cuddly toys in their life makes them feel as comfortable and happy as a teddy bear.
Significance: To mark this special day, give your loved one a teddy bear gift and also write a personal note so they know how special they are to you.
