Ritu Dalmia

A self-taught chef, Ritu Dalmia is renowned for her delicious Italian delicacies and owns popular restaurants like Diva: The Italian Restaurant in Delhi and MotiMahal in Mumbai. Not just that, she has also authored several books such as “Italian Khana,” “Diva Green: A Vegetarian Cook Book,” and much more.

Chef Garima Arora

Before the current season of MasterChef India, many were unfamiliar with this esteemed Indian woman chef. However, she made a mark by becoming the first Indian woman to win a Michelin star. After completing her degree at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, she worked with notable figures like Chef Gaggan Anand, Gordon Ramsay, and René Redzepi. Chef Garima’s restaurant Gaa in Bangkok was voted number 16 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2019, and in 2020, she was named Asia’s Best Female Chef by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

Radhika Khandelwal

Radhika Khandelwal began her journey in the culinary industry by using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients in the Pakh Café. Inspired by her passion for organic and fresh produce, she established two successful cafes, Ivy and Bean, and Fig & Maple. Through years of hard work and thoughtful planning, Radhika realized her dream of becoming a successful chef, bringing her vision to life.

Pankaj Bhadouria

Pankaj Bhadouria was once a school teacher but left her job to participate in MasterChef India Season 1, where she emerged victorious, earning her name in the industry.
