CinCin unveils an Italian celebration of comfort, conviviality and festive sharing
CinCin ushers in the winter festive season with A Tavola!, a special menu inspired by one of Italy’s most cherished traditions: gathering at the table to share food, linger over conversations and celebrate togetherness. True to its name, A Tavola! captures the essence of festive dining—communal plates, slow meals, and the warmth of togetherness.
The restaurant’s alfresco space is dressed for the season with traditional Christmas touches, warm lights and classic details reminiscent of an Italian winter—creating an intimate setting for shared meals and memorable evenings.
The A Tavola! menu draws from Italy’s seasonal rhythms and is crafted for communal enjoyment, beginning with comforting antipasti:
- Salsiccia Cotechino – slow-cooked Modenese pork sausage with potato purée, sour onions and aged balsamic
- Cavoletti di Bruxelles – charred Brussels sprouts with smoky roasted red pepper sauce
- Zucca al Forno – Lombardy-style roasted butternut pumpkin with blue cheese, walnuts and smoked chilli oil
- Insalata Patate – warm sweet potato salad in pecorino dressing with crispy Parma ham chips
Pizzas and pastas continue this spirit of conviviality—Pizza Frutti di Mare, Casarecce alla Norma, Cappelletti al Ragu and Lasagne Verdure—all made to be placed at the centre of the table and shared generously.
For the secondi, the kitchen offers warm, indulgent plates such as Gamberoni with grilled tiger prawns and Agnello al Forno, a slow-cooked lamb shank with winter root vegetables.
The meal concludes with Sfogliatelle from Naples—crisp, festive and filled with pistachio pastry cream, topped with winter berries. CinCin’s wine programme enhances this communal spirit with robust reds, elegant whites and Italian classics chosen to complement shared plates.
Chef’s Note
“In Italy, winter meals are unhurried and built around the joy of sharing,” says Chef Dayamani. “A Tavola! reflects that spirit through slow cooking, seasonal produce and communal tables—familiar yet festive flavours that bring people closer.”
